Delivering information security awareness to the end-user
The content explosion of the information age has created major security challenges that affects organizations of all sizes particularly in terms of managing and controlling the flow of emails, documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
ODCI offers an elegant and novel solution to these challenges with its automatic document classification tool, an extremely lightweight solution no servers, agents or hardware of any kind is required.
The end user, not just the IT related worker, is visually presented with the issue of information classification and security, this action raises security awareness in a simple, easyto understand and cost effective manner.
The classification action itself will also create hidden labels within the document that together with the DLP solution will stop and block unauthorized information leakage.
The system can also be configured to force encryption of certain information with accordance to organization security policy.
Once ODCI is installed, and from that moment on before any action of:
- Sending new Email
- Edit, reply or forward of old Email (pre-ODCI)
- Save or print of new Word document (PDF if generated by word), Excel spreadsheet or PowerPoint presentation
- Edit, saveor print of old (pre-ODCI) Word document (PDF if generated by word), Excel spreadsheet or PowerPoint presentation

Document Classification
The user will be prompted by a simple pop-up window to classify and in certain cases to encrypt the mail, document, spreadsheet or presentation within accordance to organization security policy.

The classification pop-up also includes tool tips to help user choose the right classification level within accordance to organization security policy.
The classification process can be forced so if not met, the actions taken by user cannot be completed.
Once the information is classified the classification can never be deleted.The classification level can be changed at any time by any user within organization. The information classification history including users and PC is recorded and tagged to information and be viewed at any time.

Flexible and Customizable
Knowing that different organization have different needs and policies ODCI was created with the customer in mind, most of the ODCI system features can be configured according to the exact needs of costumer:
- The number of classification levels up to a maximum of six levels
- Naming the classification levels
- Option to include "Unclassified" labels (non-show)
- Content and language of tooltips for each classification level
- Position of the classification label in the document - header or footer right/middle/left
- Include images (100x50 pixel) left or right or instead of text labels
- Colors and fonts for the classification label
- Language of the application interface (including direction for right-to-left languages)
- Force encryption (default windows encryption) for high level classification.
- For outlook you can add a disclaimer bottom of mail, different disclaimer for each classification level
